Client project · PT. Wajracyena Derkei Sekuriti

One home for a security firm's site and ops.

PT. Wajracyena Derkei Sekuriti is a licensed security services company (Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan). We built its public company profile and, behind the "Masuk Sistem" button, the internal app the office runs on: guard personnel and placements, payroll, cash flow and banking, plus a CMS that edits the public site itself.

Inside the product

A public face and a back office, built as one system.

  1. Company profile website

    01

Hero carousel, about, vision & mission, services, a photo gallery with lightbox and a contact section with map, so new clients can trust the firm at a glance.

  2. HRD system

    02

Every guard's NIK, division, position and site placement in one searchable list, with detail, edit and employment status.

    • Tetap
    • Kontrak
    • Probation

  3. Accounting suite

    03

Payslips, income & expenses, petty cash and bank balances roll up into one all-reports view, with CSV export.

    • Slip Gaji
    • Petty Cash
    • Perbankan

  4. Company Profile Manager

    04

A built-in CMS for hero banners, services, partners and gallery, so the office updates the public site without a developer.

    05

Super admin, admin and user each see only their modules; every change lands in the activity log, and each module has a short video walkthrough.
